Job summary

Talent Finance Ltd in Poole is recruiting an experienced Management Accountant for a hands-on role focused on transformation, MI and continuous improvement. You will work to enhance reporting, cost control and visibility across performance, cash, working capital and margins while collaborating with operations and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate has solid management accounting experience, is comfortable with change, and can roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced manufacturing/FMCG

Qualifications

• Strong management accounting fundamentals required.
• Ability to improve reporting and processes.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG preferred.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop MI and reporting for clearer commercial insight.
• Improve cashflow forecasting and working capital visibility.
• Analyse performance, trends, variances, costs and margins.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and longer-term planning.
• Partner with operational, supply chain and commercial teams.
