• Lead high-profile transformation programmes across the Council.
• Translate corporate priorities into deliverable programmes and ensure benefits realisation.
• Oversee programme design, mobilisation and delivery with governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Corporate Directors and senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop organisational capability and coach leaders to adopt new ways of working.
• Balance strategic priorities with delivery barriers and maintain momentum.
