Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business analysis on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models and future-state processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities, facilitate stakeholder workshops, translate strategic objectives into practical solutions.
• Contribute to the development of business analysis best practice across Homes England.
• Operate across Agile, Waterfall or blended delivery environments to deliver lasting change.
