Job summary

Bexley Council is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support its transformation and delivery portfolio in delivering measurable benefits for residents and the organisation.

You will lead business analysis work across major transformation programmes, defining problems, gathering requirements and redesigning processes with strong stakeholder engagement to deliver sustainable solutions in a changing environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience applying business analysis tools, methods and techniques in complex project environments.
• Strong experience in business process mapping, process redesign and continuous improvement.
• Experience developing target operating models, conducting organisational analysis and supporting service transformation.
• Experience preparing robust business cases and contributing to benefits realisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, including working with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business analysis activities across transformation projects and programmes.
• Help services define problems, identify opportunities, redesign processes and develop sustainable solutions.
• Cover the full project lifecycle from problem definition to operating model development and business case production.
