Job summary

Transform Lives Company seeks a Wellbeing & Progression Coach in Knowsley to deliver TLC’s GiveGetGo programme in partnership with LIVV Housing and support residents facing barriers to a more fulfilling life.

Through trusted one-to-one coaching, wellbeing activities and group sessions like Chatty Café and Lifeology, you will help people build confidence, connections and greater control over their future, tailoring support to each individual’s priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TLC’s GiveGetGo programme with LIVV Housing to Knowsley residents.
• Provide one-to-one coaching, wellbeing activities, and group sessions such as Chatty Café and Lifeology.
• Help residents build confidence, connections and progress toward volunteering or employment.
• Coordinate with LIVV Housing’s Employment Coach for tailored job-search support.

Job Summary

The Wellbeing & Progression Coach will deliver TLC’s GiveGetGo programme in partnership with LIVV Housing, supporting Knowsley residents who may be experiencing low confidence, social isolation or barriers to living a more fulfilling life. Through trusted one-to-one coaching, wellbeing activities, community engagement and group sessions such as Chatty Café and Lifeology, the coach will help people build confidence, connections and greater control over their future.

Support will be shaped around each person’s priorities and pace, helping them progress towards improved wellbeing, volunteering, learning or employment. Where someone is ready for more focused job-search support, the coach will connect them with LIVV Housing’s Employment Coach and other appropriate services.
