Job summary

Cory's Barking Transfer Station is seeking a hands-on Transfer Station Supervisor to lead a dedicated team, ensure waste is received, processed, and moved safely, and keep the site compliant with environmental and safety rules.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance, document activities, and communicate clearly with colleagues and external partners to deliver efficient and sustainable waste-to-energy outcomes for the London area.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent education is required.
• Supervisory experience is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and external partners.
