PwC UK is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Transfer Pricing team, based in London or other UK locations. You will lead complex transfer pricing engagements for multinational clients, shaping strategies and driving delivery across projects.

You''ll coordinate European and global engagements, manage client relationships, and contribute to value chain transformations, APAs, and tax audits while developing your team and portfolio.

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join the Transfer Pricing team in any one of the following locations: London, Birmingham, East Midlands, Bristol, Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast or Aberdeen.

Work within the Transfer Pricing Team is mainly project based and will involve working with multinational companies. The nature of the work is very varied and includes involvement with all types of intercompany transactions including products, services, IP and debt.

• Managing transfer pricing risk, planning, and implementation for clients.
