HireIQ is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing professional to manage a portfolio of Financial Services clients. You will deliver policy development, advisory support, documentation and tax authority inquiries, while driving client relationships and business development across a global network.

The role offers flexible working arrangements across office, home, and client sites, with opportunities to mentor junior team members and develop technical expertise in international tax matters.

The Role

Manage a portfolio of clients, primarily within the Financial Services sector.

Deliver a range of transfer pricing projects, from policy development and advisory support to documentation and tax authority enquiries.

Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex client challenges.

Oversee client financial management, including budgeting, risk management and commercial performance.

Support business development activities, identifying opportunities with new and existing clients.

Coordinate input from specialists across the global network to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

Train, coach and supervise junior team members, supporting their professional development.

Your Experience

Previous experience advising Financial Services clients on transfer pricing matters; broader corporate tax or international tax experience would be advantageous.

Proven ability to manage client engagements and deliver high-quality work to professional standards.

Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of clients' businesses.

Experience building and maintaining trusted client relationships.

Proven ability to manage a varied portfolio of clients and projects, including financial and risk management.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
