Job summary

RS Group in London is seeking an experienced and technical Transfer Pricing specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the Group Head of Transfer Pricing. This role focuses on policy design, compliance, manuals, and cross-border transfer pricing support.

You will collaborate with the VP Group Tax and senior stakeholders, oversee TP documentation, and contribute to M&A, integrations and intercompany arrangements in a hybrid London-based environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
• UK & International Tax and Transfer Pricing experience from practice or industry.
• Strong technical understanding of TP principles and practical application.
• Experience with TP technology is a plus.
• Ability to build strong business relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible working style and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of the Group’s transfer pricing policies.
• Monitor OECD and local developments for new compliance requirements.
• Identify value chain structures to meet strategic objectives.
• Provide TP technical support on commercial projects and initiatives.
• Manage transfer pricing modelling, calculations, and tools.
• Prepare and review global TP calculations for statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with UK and overseas teams on intercompany invoices.
• Advise on intercompany services agreements and local TP matters.
• Support Country-by-Country Reporting preparation.
• Assist with TP-related audits and regulatory changes.
• Identify technologies to improve TP processes.
