Job summary

LHH is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to lead delivery of TP engagements across diverse clients, from owner-managed businesses to international groups, with emphasis on cross-border planning and documentation.

You will guide client relationships, mentor junior staff, and work closely with Corporate Tax and International Tax teams to shape the growth of the practice in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• UK Transfer Pricing advisory experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with a view to growing a developing service line.
• Ability to deliver practical, clear advice to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of Transfer Pricing projects across sectors.
• Advise clients on cross-border transactions, TP policies, and documentation requirements.
• Deliver practical and commercially focused transfer pricing solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Tax, International Tax, Audit and Transaction Advisory teams.
• Contribute to growth, development and future direction of the TP practice.
• Mentor junior team members and develop leadership capabilities.
