Qualifications

• Over 2 years transfer pricing experience and proactive approach to continued professional development.
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels, both with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to integrate with new teams quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in range of situations both written and oral, and the ability to flex style to match the audience.
• Ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review, and know when to refer upwards.
• Client focused mindset and strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically.
• Ability to manage, coach, and develop junior members of the team.
• Project management skills, the ability to plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, and monitor own budget and time.

Responsibilities

• Drafting high-quality technical deliverables in relation to a broad range of transfer pricing issues.
• Contribute to the efficient and successful delivery of all types of transfer pricing engagements to a broad range of clients, including private clients, FTSE listed companies, and inbound multinationals across multiple industries.
• Utilise EY’s market leading technology and AI-enabled solutions in delivering client services, and contribute to the continued development of these technology solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts to provide high levels of service, focusing on technical excellence and taking a practical / business driven approach.
• Contribute to winning new work through proactively managing existing clients, undertaking new business development initiatives, and responding to competitive tenders.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives, for example, thought leadership, people initiatives, or business development.
