Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager (Compliance and Transformation) in the Manchester/Birmingham area. The role involves leading global TP compliance projects, developing client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality local and master files, TP returns and benchmarking analyses.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transfer pricing, strong leadership, project management, and a deep understanding of TNMM/CUP methods, with a view to driving process

Qualifications

• CTA/CA/ACCA/ACA or degree in economics/finance/law/accounting.
• 5+ years of transfer pricing experience, including preparation/review of TP documentation and local files.
• Experience with functional interviews, benchmarking analyses (TNMM/CUP) and TP policy reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead global transfer pricing compliance projects (local files, master files, TP returns) across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for global TP compliance.
• Manage projects, scope, and timelines; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct client interviews to identify activities and value drivers for TP analyses.
• Prepare/Review benchmarking analyses and TP documentation.
• Review transfer pricing policies and implement TP technology for local files.
• Coordinate with TP, international tax, indirect tax and other teams across jurisdictions.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Lead or support business development and proposal activities.
