Role and Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day aspects of a client portfolio, including leading complex functional analysis interviews, demonstrating active listening to challenge, identify, and capture entity contributions to risk management and intangibles DEMPE.
• Anticipate possible TP solutions to various scenarios and work with your team to apply transfer pricing principles effectively.
• Manage and improve overall profit through technology, pricing, and resource management.
• Handle transfer pricing projects from business development to delivery.
• Manage and upskill junior team members.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Qualified at ACA, CTA, or equivalent level (e.g., legal/HMRC/international) or an Economist with postgraduate qualifications.
• Experience in transfer pricing policy design, planning, and multi-jurisdictional documentation projects.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
• Experience in Thin Capitalization projects is a plus.
• Strong client relationship skills.
