Job summary

PRO TAX is seeking a commercially minded Transfer Pricing Associate Director to join the Birmingham team. The role offers agile working with office presence only once a fortnight, and the opportunity to lead high quality client work and shape the practice.

You will co‑lead with the Transfer Pricing Partner, mentor junior staff, and help grow the client base. Essential: at least 5 years in transfer pricing, the CTA/CA/ACA or ADIT qualification (UK or equivalent), and strong communication to build

• At least 5 years experience in Transfer Pricing.
• The CTA/CA/ACA or ADIT qualification. Non UK qualification equivalents are accepted.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to form good client relationships.

• Undertake economic analysis and project manage all aspects of the transfer pricing strategy including the design of transfer pricing policies.
• Mentor the junior members of the team
• Establish a close network of clients and assist in resolving their issues.

I am working directly with a Big 4 Head of Transfer Pricing for the UK who is looking for a commercially minded Transfer Pricing Associate Director to join their Birmingham team. With the option of going into the office once a fortnight, this is an outstanding senior opportunity for a technically strong individual who is looking for flexibility and great quality client work.

You will work alongside the Transfer Pricing Partner in leading this team and growing their client base. Joining this growing team you will:

• Undertake economic analysis and project manage all aspects of the transfer pricing strategy including the design of transfer pricing policies.
• Mentor the junior members of the team
• Establish a close network of clients and assist in resolving their issues.
• Spot opportunities for new client work
