Page Personnel is representing a Top 10 UK accountancy and advisory firm seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to join their transfer pricing practice in the Midlands region. You will work closely with senior leaders on complex international projects and help shape the service line's direction.

The role offers hybrid working, a clear progression pathway to Manager and Senior Manager, and exposure to UK and international transfer pricing engagements across diverse client sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects.
• Experience gained within practice, industry or specialist advisory environments.
• Strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and UK transfer pricing legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage transfer pricing compliance and advisory assignments for a varied client portfolio.
• Prepare and review Local Files, Master Files and supporting analyses.
• Support transfer pricing policy design, implementation and risk management.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses.
• Assist clients in evolving UK and international transfer pricing requirements.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, advisory and corporate finance teams on cross-service line projects.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical development.

Job Description

• Manage transfer pricing compliance and advisory assignments for a varied client portfolio
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files and supporting analyses
• Support clients with transfer pricing policy design, implementation and risk management
• Conduct and review benchmarking studies and economic analyses
• Assist clients in responding to evolving UK and international transfer pricing requirements
• Support transfer pricing aspects of corporate transactions, restructurings and due diligence projects
• Collaborate with tax, audit, advisory and corporate finance teams on cross-service line projects
• Work alongside international colleagues on cross-border assignments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as a trusted adviser
• Support business development activities and identify opportunities within existing client relationships
• Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical development

The Successful Applicant

• ACA, CTA, ATT, or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven transfer pricing experience gained within practice, industry or a specialist advisory environment
• Experience delivering transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects
• Previous experience operating at Assistant Manager level or ready to step into an Assistant Manager position
• Strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and UK transfer pricing legislation
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver a high standard of service
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solving
