• Senior Manager level experience in Transactions Tax.
• Ownership of client relationships and new business opportunities.
• Hybrid in Reading with two to three days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead transactions including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, restructures.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, drive new business.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team for deal opportunities.
