Qualifications

• CTA / ATII qualified or equivalent, with significant experience at Senior Manager or Associate Director level in Corporate Tax, combining compliance and advisory work.
• Demonstrated passion for business development and a keen eye for new fee-earning opportunities.
• Strong leadership qualities, with a genuine ambition to grow and nurture a team, aligned with their 'grow our own' philosophy.
• Open, approachable, and collaborative; you listen carefully and value others' perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all corporation tax matters for a portfolio of larger corporate clients with international operations, combining compliance and advisory work.
• Manage exciting corporate tax advisory projects and client engagements.
• Take ownership of business development, client proposals, and networking events.
• Mentor and develop a growing team to build succession and future partnership potential.
