As an Associate Director in our Private Equity tax team, you will:

We seek ambitious, driven individuals who can adapt to changing markets and are curious to learn and ask questions to ensure quality service delivery.
Minimum requirements include a professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and experience managing a portfolio of private equity-backed businesses.
Preferred skills include experience with PE-backed businesses, transactional experience, supervision in a tax environment, managing large portfolios, business development, and a desire to deepen your knowledge of our services.
