We are looking for bright and enthusiastic Associates/Assistant Managers interested in gaining M&A tax experience.
Our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Tax team provides a full spectrum of tax services to private equity, funds, deals, and portfolio companies on domestic and international transactions.
We advise mid-market private equity firms and large corporates with deal values from a few million to over £1 billion. We support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from initial proposal and due diligence to post-deal advice.
This role involves technical tax application, client interaction, and requires interpersonal and organizational skills.
The TAS Tax team is small, growing rapidly, offering opportunities for responsibility and development.
For internal employees, secondment opportunities of 6+ months are available. Flexible working arrangements are also considered to support work-life balance.
Role overview:
As part of the TAS Tax team, you will provide tax structuring advice, undertake tax due diligence, and work on buy-side and sell-side transactions, including public company deals on AIM and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
