Job Description

The successful Team Leader will have the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the team (8-14 full-time employees)
  • Coach team members, provide ongoing support and mentoring
  • Formulate and drive strategies to elevate service quality
  • Manage cash transactions and handle accounting duties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Provide flexibility in taking on ad-hoc duties when required
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective risk management and financial reporting
