Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent with transactional practice background.
- 3-5 years in transactional legal practice, ideally at a law firm.
- 1-2 years' experience in legal AI, innovation or technology.
- Hands-on experience with specialist legal AI platforms such as Harvey, Legora, CoCounsel or comparable tools.
- Strong understanding of transactional workflows and practical challenges for fee earners.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing AI-powered solutions for transactional legal work.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline drafting, document review and other legal processes.
- Building and refining AI workflows, prompts and automation solutions.
- Working with lawyers to test, introduce and embed new legal technology.
- Improving how teams access and use legal knowledge, precedents and matter information.
- Evaluating emerging AI platforms and supporting training and adoption.
