Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Transactional Finance Transformation Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of AP and AR operating models within the accounts team.

The role focuses on owning service delivery for outsourced transactional finance, governance and KPIs, and delivering scalable, controlled processes across AP/AR functions.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in Transactional Finance, Shared Services or Finance Operations.
• Proven success leading AP and AR transformation and operating model improvements.
• Exposure to Shared Service Centre and BPO environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
• Experience supporting system implementations, acquisitions, integrations or organisational change.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable.

Our client, an established catering and food service company, is currently recruiting a Transactional Finance Transformation Manager to join their Accounts team. The Transactional Finance Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operating models, ensuring scalable, efficient and controlled processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior business lead for outsourced transactional finance provider, owning service delivery, governance, SLAs, KPIs and continuous improvement plans.
• Build and maintain effective third-party relationship, holding partners accountable for contractual commitments, performance standards and delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Support and deliver finance system implementations, business integrations and operating model changes, ensuring successful adoption and embedding of new ways of working.
• Utilise data, insight and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, root causes and efficiencies across transactional finance processes.

Skills Required:

• Significant experience within Transactional Finance, Shared Services or Finance Operations environments.
• Proven success leading AP and AR transformation, process optimisation and operating model improvements.
• Exposure to Shared Service Centre and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Experience supporting system implementations, business acquisitions, integrations or organisational change programmes.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is desired.
