Job summary

Harvey John Recruitment is seeking a Head of Transactional Finance on a hybrid basis near Brighton. The role leads a small AP/AR team and owns the General Ledger while driving process improvements.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will support month-end and year-end activities, partner with multiple departments, and shape growth in a PE-backed environment. A fully qualified accountant with Netsuite experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Led transactional accounting teams in fast-growth environments.
• Experience driving change within complex systems and processes.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent with extensive experience.
• Knowledge of Netsuite is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead changes to processes and systems in transactional finance.
• Own the General Ledger and oversee month-end/year-end activities.
• Lead accounts payable and billing functions.
• Partner with multiple departments for business partnering.
• Support a PE-backed growth environment with stakeholder communication.
