Your clients trust your judgement. Your next move should give it more influence.

An established independent corporate finance firm is expanding its Partner group and looking for a Transaction Support leader who combines delivery credibility with the ability to win work.
The firm has advised entrepreneurial businesses for 20+ years. Its offering brings together M&A, fundraising, due diligence and financial modelling, with relationships across business owners, management teams, private equity and debt providers.
You would join an established due diligence practice advising mid-market investors, lenders and corporate acquirers, alongside experienced CF and Transaction Support colleagues.
Win and lead assignments, develop investor and introducer relationships, and help shape the practice as the firm grows.
The work spans buy-side financial due diligence, vendor due diligence and financial modelling.
You'll need the judgement to identify what matters, challenge the financial story and translate your findings into practical advice.
There is scope to develop people, strengthen client relationships and contribute to the wider business while remaining close to live transactions.
A smaller, Partner-led business where senior advisers remain involved in live deals. Personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and trusted client relationships sit at the centre of its approach.
There is scope to influence the firm's direction and develop your market, with commercial expectations to match.
An established Partner, or senior Transaction Services professional operating at that level, with a demonstrable record of originating and delivering at least £1m in annual advisory fees.
Someone who enjoys winning work, leading financial due diligence and discussing the findings directly with investors and management teams.
A delivery-only profile without evidence of winning assignments, or someone seeking a predominantly internal leadership position away from clients and live transactions.
