Warner Scott is recruiting a Partner-level leader for its Transaction Services practice. You will oversee financial due diligence and transaction execution across sectors, while building senior client relationships and guiding business development in a lean, high-impact team.

You will mentor teams, shape service offerings and delivery models, and participate in equity ownership as the firm grows. AI-enabled analytics will be embedded in engagements to drive faster insights.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant (ACA/CA/CPA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong track record of delivering transaction services at a top-tier advisory or Big 4 firm.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through business development, with the ability to originate new client relationships and sustain trusted, long-term partnerships.
• Commercially astute, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven experience developing and nurturing teams.

A boutique, independent transaction services firm is looking to hire at Partner level into its Transaction Services practice. This is a senior hire within a lean, high-impact, tech-enabled practice, advising private equity firms, corporates and financial sponsors on high-stakes buy-side and sell-side transactions.

The Role

You will take overall responsibility for overseeing financial due diligence and transaction execution across a variety of sectors and deal sizes, delivering commercial insights that directly shape deal outcomes for clients.

Working with senior leadership, you will build and nurture relationships with private equity firms, corporates and financial sponsors, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process. You will combine deep technical expertise with business development responsibility and people leadership, playing a central role in shaping the firm's service offerings, delivery models and go-to-market strategy, whilst mentoring and developing high-performing team members.
