• ACA qualified with 2+ years of experience in Transaction Services, Transaction Advisory or Corporate Finance.
• Strong analytical ability with experience analysing businesses, financial performance and cash generation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial analysis and transaction support assignments.
• Review historical and forecast financial information and assess quality of earnings.
• Support due diligence and prepare information memoranda, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
• Coordinate with management, shareholders, investors and other advisers to meet milestones.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to business development.
