Pro‑Recruitment Group in Leeds (or Manchester) seeks a Transaction Services Manager to join its Corporate Finance team. You will lead financial due diligence, interpret outputs and liaise with clients and advisers to drive deal insights. Hybrid working is available as the team grows.

Applicants should hold ACA/ACCA/ICAS and have at least 2 years’ Transaction Services experience, with excellent communication and project management skills to deliver quality reports on time.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification required.
• Minimum 2 years in a dedicated Transaction Services environment.
• Strong financial analysis and communication skills.
• Experience managing due diligence from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and advisers.
• Commercial and proactive business development approach.
• Understanding of related professional services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and review detailed financial analysis and interpret outputs.
• Identify deal issues and commercial considerations.
• Prepare high-quality financial due diligence reports and review others' work.
• Manage due diligence assignments from planning through completion.
• Lead report production and maintain high standards.
• Liaise with clients, target businesses and advisers.
• Lead and support Corporate Finance Executives and Assistants.
• Manage workflow and deadlines for assignments.
• Monitor project performance against budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with wider service lines across the business.
• Build relationships with intermediaries, funders and lawyers.
• Support business development and market engagement activities.
