Job summary

Austin Rose Associates is seeking a Transaction Services Assistant Manager/Manager in London to lead multiple deals and manage a growing corporate finance team. You will engage with clients and work under Partners to drive successful outcomes on mid- to large-scale transactions.

The role focuses on deal execution for large corporate clients with mentoring of junior staff, aiming to expand exposure to larger deals and client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in transaction services or corporate finance.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver on deadlines.
• ACA or equivalent qualification; exceptions possible with strong TS experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Partners on larger, more complex deals as needed.

Are you a Transaction Services (TS) Assistant Manager/ Manager looking for your next move?

Our client is an accounting firm, and their London teams are growing fast. Focusing mainly on large corporate clients, sector agnostic with deal sizes from 5m-100m. You will be providing TS for financial investors banks, Private Equity, and OMB's.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's managed people, loves dealing with clients and wants to gain exposure to larger deals with the support of the Partners.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Managing multiple deals at a time, lead scoping meetings and prepare formal reports to include your recommendations for the client


• Assuming responsibility for larger projects and where needed supporting Partners in larger more complex deals


• Managing the corporate team and supporting junior colleagues with their projects to ensure timely delivery

As the successful candidate you will have;

• Worked in transaction services for at least 3-5 years or wider Corporate Finance lines.


• Managed people and good attention to project delivery.


• An industry relevant qualification e.g ACA. However, exceptions can be made for candidates with solid Transaction Services experience
