Job summary

KPMG Ireland in Belfast is seeking a Transaction Services Manager to join our hybrid team. You will engage with senior executives, lead financial analysis and reporting, and contribute to deal advisory activities in a busy, international practice.

The role emphasizes client leadership, project management, and developing junior colleagues, with a commitment to continuous improvement and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Transactions experience in a M&A / due diligence environment.
• Strong interest in Deal Advisory and M&A activity.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Client facing interaction with senior decision-making executives on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead delivery of projects including financial analysis and report writing.
• Presentation of findings and recommendations to clients.
• Managing and working alongside and developing junior colleagues.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our own service delivery and practice.

Your Team

KPMG Transactions Services is the leading firm in Ireland in assisting clients in areas including financial, tax and commercial due diligence, pre and post deal evaluation, sell-side assistance, financing and refinancing assistance, contractual discussions and integration. We assist our clients with capital markets transactions including initial public offerings, class 1 transactions, reverse takeovers and fundraisings.

We work on project-type engagements lasting from several weeks to several months, working extensively with significant corporates, domestic and international banks, other financial institutions, private equity and other investment funds offering team members the widest exposure to acquisition and financing related activity.
