We’ll help you succeed

You’ll be an Assistant Director or Director, independently developing and growing the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, with support from colleagues and partners. You should have experience in financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers, vendors, or reporting accountants. Sector knowledge is also essential.

As an Associate Director or Director, you will:
  • Manage financial due diligence projects, overseeing project progress and ensuring high-quality advice for clients.
  • Create an environment that supports team development and progression.
  • Prioritize multiple projects effectively, manage client relationships, and oversee commercial and risk management.
  • Encourage the use of new tools and approaches, such as data analytics.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the business, including developing client opportunities, maintaining relationships, delivering pitches, and identifying operational improvements.
  • Contribute to team growth through people management, learning, development, and recruitment activities.
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Good working knowledge of transaction services.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • A proactive, autonomous work style and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous development mindset.
  • ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent, or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
