You’ll be an Assistant Director or Director, independently developing and growing the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, with support from colleagues and partners. You should have experience in financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers, vendors, or reporting accountants. Sector knowledge is also essential.
