A leading deals practice in the Midlands providing Transaction Services to corporates (both listed and privately owned), PE houses and entrepreneurs.

Job Description

• Undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of the Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness.
• Representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network.
• Opportunities to widen your skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects, such as financial modelling, cash flow management and other M&A work.

The Successful Applicant

• Ideally hold a relevant accounting qualification with experience in a transnational role.
• Aspirational mindset.

• Salary up to £60,000 with an additional 10% bonus (discretionary).
