About Our Client

A leading deals practice in the Midlands providing Transaction Services to corporates (both listed and privately owned), PE houses and entrepreneurs.

Job Description

1. Undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of the Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness.
2. Representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network.
3. Opportunities to widen your skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects, such as financial modelling, cash flow management and other M&A work.

The Successful Applicant

1. Ideally hold a relevant accounting qualification with experience in a transnational role.
2. Project management skills.
3. Aspirational.
