Job Description:

They have an immediate need for an experienced Transaction Services (DD) specialist to join as an Assistant Manager, with potential to grow into a senior team member.

Responsibilities

• Take project responsibility for individual due diligence projects, reporting to the Project Manager/Director/Partner
• Assist the Partner in presenting report findings to clients in face-to-face meetings
• Participate proactively in business development initiatives and events, liaising with the marketing team
• Lead teams to analyze and draft reports for review by senior staff

Experience

• Previous experience within Transaction Services is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of leading teams and projects to completion
