Job Description:

Ambition is working closely with an accountancy practice that focuses on creating trusted and enjoyable working relationships with both clients and contacts. They have an immediate need for an experienced Transaction Services (DD) specialist to join them as an Assistant Manager, with the potential to grow into a senior member of their transaction services team.

This position is ideally suited for someone with some TS experience who wants to accelerate their career by developing their skills while assisting with team growth.

Responsibilities

  • Take project responsibility for individual due diligence projects, reporting to the Project Manager/Director/Partner
  • Assist the Partner in presenting report findings to clients in face-to-face meetings as required
  • Participate proactively in BD initiatives and events, liaising with the central marketing team as needed
  • Lead teams to complete analysis and draft reports for review by the Manager/Director/Partner

Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Transaction Services.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of leading teams and assignments through to completion.
