You'll play a key role advising the first line financial crime operations teams, shaping FinCrime controls, and overseeing core TM systems rules.

• Strong 2LOD Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring experience
• Able to assess, challenge, and shape TM rules
• Oversight of sanctions, PEPs, adverse media, SARs

• Able to update policies & support training
• Fintech or challenger bank experience (highly desirable)
