Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We’re seeking a Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This is a 6-month contract based in London.

In this role, you will:

1. Review complex debt capital market transactions and structures from initiation through closing.
2. Coordinate with outside counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms.
3. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external parties regarding transactions and deal documentation, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
4. Act as a subject matter expert on product and country regulations, keeping the team updated on market data, regulations, and laws.
