Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This is a 6-month contract based in London.

The role involves:

1. Reviewing complex debt capital market transactions and structures from initiation to closing.
2. Serving as a key liaison with outside counsel and leading negotiations on transaction terms.
3. Being the primary contact for internal and external parties on transaction documentation, ensuring standards and risk mitigation.
4. Acting as a subject matter expert on product and country regulations, keeping the team updated on market data, regulations, and laws.
