Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This role is for a 6-month contract based in London.

In this role, you will:

1. Review highly complex debt capital market transactions and structures from initiation through closing.
2. Act as a key liaison with outside counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms, collaborating with clients and business development teams.
3. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external parties on transaction documentation, ensuring operational standards are met and risks mitigated.
4. Act as a subject matter expert on product and country regulations, keeping the team updated on market data, regulations, and laws.
