Job summary

Pontoon is recruiting for a Transactions Manager to join a high-profile Banking client in London on a 6-month contract with hybrid working. The role focuses on onboarding new clients (Custody), reviewing legal contracts, and managing multiple matters concurrently.

Standard working hours with some flexibility. The role requires presence in the London office four days a week, with potential extension depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM).
• Experience in reviewing contracts.
• Client onboarding.
• Experience in Finance ILS.
• Project Finance experience.
• Business implementation.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding of new clients (particularly in the Custody space).
• Reviewing of legal contracts (including Custody Agreements, Account Bank and Agency Agreements).
• Managing up to approximately 20 matters at any one time
• Presenting of information to internal committees

We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for a Transactions Manager to join their team for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding of new clients (particularly in the Custody space).
• Reviewing of legal contracts (including Custody Agreements, Account Bank and Agency Agreements).
• Managing up to approximately 20 matters at any one time
• Presenting of information to internal committees
