Buckinghamshire Mind is seeking a Training Services Lead (Job-Share) to oversee strategic and operational delivery of MHFA and SFA training across Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire. The role focuses on identifying funding opportunities, developing content, marketing, and evaluating impact.

The post is based in a hybrid model with a base at High Wycombe, 30 hours/week, and a pro rata salary of £24,158.11. The department is the Training Services team with a commitment to inclusion and quality

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating and administering training programmes or learning and development activities.
  • Experience managing contracts, grants or commissioned services.
  • Excellent organisational and written communication skills, including report writing and bid writing.
  • Understanding of equality and diversity principles, as well as mental health, wellbeing and community-based services.

Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for a Training Services Lead (Job-Share).

The Training Services Lead is responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of commissioned Mental Health and Suicide First Aid training across Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire. The purpose of this role is to identify funding opportunities, develop new content in response to community needs, marketing, training delivery, contract management and administration, and evaluating impact.

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Hybrid home-working model with a base at High Wycombe office. Travel across Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire
  • Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: £29,795.00 FTE (pro rata actual £24,158.11)
