Job summary

Buckinghamshire Mind is seeking a Training Services Lead (Job-Share) to oversee strategic and operational delivery of MHFA and SFA training across Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire. The role focuses on identifying funding opportunities, developing content, marketing, and evaluating impact.

The post is based in a hybrid model with a base at High Wycombe, 30 hours/week, and a pro rata salary of £24,158.11. The department is the Training Services team with a commitment to inclusion and quality

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating and administering training programmes or learning and development activities.
Experience managing contracts, grants or commissioned services.
Excellent organisational and written communication skills, including report writing and bid writing.
Understanding of equality and diversity principles, as well as mental health, wellbeing and community-based services.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and administer Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and Suicide First Aid (SFA) courses.
Work with a network of consultant trainers to support delivery of engaging and impactful mental health training to diverse audiences, including monitoring feedback, processing invoices and maintaining quality standards.
Lead preparation and submission of future contract and tender applications.
Monitor expenditure and funding requirements within agreed budgets.
