A leading UK digital education organization is looking for a part-time Training Operations & Content Coordinator for an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role involves managing training schedules, coordinating events, and supporting the Training team with content development. Ideal candidates will have demonstrable administrative experience and strong organizational and communication skills. Salary : Circa £27,000 FTE per annum (actual salary circa £21,600 per annum for 28 hours per week) (negotiable based on experience) + comprehensive benefits package

Hours : Part time (28 hours per week)
Reports into : Head of training
Working style : Hybrid - A blend of working from home and your nominated hub office. We have hubs located in London, Bristol, Manchester and Oxford.
Due to the Christmas period, interviews for this position will be held in January 2026.

We have a unique part-time fixed term contract opportunity to join the team as a Training operations & content coordinator!
The Training team is based in Data Collections and Statistics directorate of Jisc (old HESA) where you will help provide a variety of live, web-based and bespoke training opportunities, helping HE professionals respond to the statutory data requirements of their provider.
As our Training operations & content coordinator you will support the Training team in managing the operational aspects of the training programme, creating and maintaining learning content, and coordinating events and webinars.
This pivotal new role ensures smooth delivery of training activities, excellent customer support, and high-quality learning resources for stakeholders across the higher education sector.
