Job summary

The Talent & Culture team at The Landmark London, Royal Lancaster London, Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush and 15 Basil Street Apartments invites you to join as Cluster Training Officer. You will coordinate all training across our London hotels and support apprenticeships targets while managing budgets.

We require prior experience in a similar role, strong English communication, and a CIPD qualification is preferred. Flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays may be required.

As a Cluster Training Officer, you will be working within the Talent & Culture Department and report directly to the Group Director of Talent & Culture.

You will be:

Coordinating all training sessions within our London businesses

• Managing the training budgets across the businesses
• Facilitating training sessions across the businesses
• Responsible for projects as and when required

Essential for our Cluster Training Officer:

• Experience in a previous similar role
• Intermediate written and spoken level of English
• CIPD qualified preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required “shift pattern will be applicable”
