Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a Cluster Training Officer to coordinate training across its London properties, including Royal Lancaster London, Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush, 15 Basil Street Apartments and Fountain House. You will oversee apprenticeships targets, budgets, and training delivery, reporting to the Group Director of Talent & Culture.

Essentially, you will need experience in a similar role, strong English, and a CIPD qualification is preferred; flexibility to work

As a Cluster Training Officer, you will be working within the Talent & Culture Department and report directly to the Group Director of Talent & Culture.

You will be:

Coordinating all training sessions within our London businesses

• Managing the training budgets across the businesses
• Facilitating training sessions across the businesses
• Responsible for projects as and when required

Essential for our Cluster Training Officer:

• Experience in a previous similar role
• Intermediate written and spoken level of English
• CIPD qualified preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required “shift pattern will be applicable”
