The Landmark London is seeking a Cluster Training Officer to coordinate all training across our London properties, reporting to the Talent & Culture team. You will oversee apprenticeships targets, manage budgets, and facilitate training initiatives to drive a collaborative learning culture.

This role requires prior experience in a similar position, strong English communication, and flexibility to work weekends/bank holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a previous similar role.
• Intermediate written and spoken English.
• CIPD qualification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all training sessions across London hotels.
• Meet apprenticeships targets across the hotels.
• Manage training budgets across the businesses.
• Facilitate training sessions and lead projects as needed.

As a Cluster Training Officer, you will be working within the Talent & Culture Department and report directly to the Group Director of Talent & Culture.

You will be:

Coordinating all training sessions within our London businesses

• Meeting the apprenticeships targets across the hotels
• Managing the training budgets across the businesses
• Facilitating training sessions across the businesses
• Responsible for projects as and when required

Essential for our Cluster Training Officer:

• Experience in a previous similar role
• Intermediate written and spoken level of English
• CIPD qualified preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required “shift pattern will be applicable”
