We’re on the lookout for an inspiring and proactive Training Manager to take the lead on training and education across their UK retail partners. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about equipping teams with the tools and confidence to deliver a luxury customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning & Development
Plan, deliver and adapt training sessions that reflect seasonal priorities and brand campaigns.
Provide immersive education for new starters and ongoing development for in-store teams, covering product knowledge, brand heritage, and service excellence.
Introduce training that enhances selling confidence and encourages storytelling around products.

Partner Engagement
Act as the training lead for key retail accounts, maintaining regular contact with store and education teams at Space NK, Harrods and Selfridges.
Organise and attend field visits, shopfloor sessions and brand events to reinforce training outcomes.
Actively gather feedback from retail teams to refine and evolve the training offering.

Team Enablement
Motivate and support sales consultants to achieve personal and collective goals.
Spot strengths and gaps within the team and tailor coaching to boost capability and confidence.
Champion a culture of learning, brand pride and consistent customer engagement.

Performance & Insight
Use data and feedback to assess the impact of training on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Report regularly to the leadership team with key observations and improvement strategies.
Stay informed on competitor activity and adapt approaches to keep the brand ahead.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in a training or education role within luxury beauty, skincare or retail.
A strong grasp of the UK luxury retail market and what drives premium customer experiences.
Previous exposure to working with high-end retailers – ideally Harrods, Selfridges or Space NK.
Passionate about skincare, with a solid understanding of ingredients and application techniques.
Confident delivering training to groups both face-to-face and online.
Creative in developing learning materials and adaptable to different learning styles.
Self-starter with excellent time management and a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable with regular travel and being on the ground with retail teams.
