Stagecoach Group seeks an experienced Bus Training School Manager to lead and develop our professional driver training operation in Northampton. You will oversee recruitment support, CPC delivery, instructor development, and compliance with DVSA and company requirements.

You will manage budgets, records, and vehicle allocation, while promoting safety, customer service and high driving standards across the training team.

# Bus Training School Manager **Position:** Bus Training School Manager **Location:** Primarily Northampton **Salary:** Competitive, dependent on experience **Contract:** Full-Time, Permanent ## About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated **Bus Training School Manager** to lead and develop our professional driver training operation.
