This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and drive the learning and development agenda from the ground up, playing a key role in building workforce capability and supporting long-term business growth. This role forms part of a small HR team and is based onsite full time.
As Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the organisation's learning and development strategy, ensuring employees have the skills, knowledge and support required to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Working closely with leaders across operational, engineering and corporate functions, you will identify training needs, design effective development programmes and create clear pathways for employee growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish learning frameworks, influence organisational development and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Balancing strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, you will become a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business and play a pivotal role in developing current and future talent.
We're looking for a passionate and proactive learning professional who enjoys building capability, influencing stakeholders and making a tangible impact within a growing organisation.
You may currently be working as a Training Lead, Learning & Development Partner, Learning & Development Adviser, Training Manager or similar, and will have experience delivering learning initiatives within manufacturing, engineering, production or other technical environments.
A qualification in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related discipline would be advantageous, and professional qualifications such as CIPD are desirable.
