• Experience designing learning strategies in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Ability to identify capability gaps and build development plans.
• Proven track record delivering engaging learning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organisation’s learning and development strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify current and future capability requirements.
• Conduct training needs analyses and build development plans aligned to business objectives.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes across technical and leadership areas.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external training activity across the business.
• Develop career pathways, talent development initiatives, and succession planning frameworks.
• Create and review training materials and resources; manage relationships with providers.
• Monitor training effectiveness through reporting and performance metrics.
