Citizens Advice Richmond is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Lead to join our dynamic team. This vital role focuses on ensuring all our staff and volunteers possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality advice and support to the Richmond community.
As Training Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering our comprehensive training programs. Your duties will include onboarding new volunteers through the Advice Learning Pathway (ALP), coordinating and delivering training across the organization, and fostering a culture of continuous professional development. This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual who can assess training needs, develop engaging training sessions, and ensure all learning aligns with Citizens Advice quality standards. Key responsibilities involve working with the Volunteer Coordinator on recruitment and training, creating and maintaining an annual training plan, and supporting team members in their learning journeys.
